Hot Rubber Crack Sealing

We apply a 400° hot rubberized crack filler, which is much more effective and longer lasting than cold crack fill. We cover the tar with a specialized abrasive material which helps to prevent hot tires from sticking to the filler and pulling it up on hot days as a complimentary bonus.

Pre/Post Winter Parking Lot Full Service

We offer winter prep (fall) and winter repair (spring) of parking lots. This service includes filling all potholes/alligator areas with new HMA(hot asphalt mix), we offer the option to either clean and fill the pothole; or cut it out, fix the sub-base and then add new HMA. Alligator areas will either need to be cut out and replaced, gator patched or left alone. We also include wire wheel crack cleaning and hot rubberized crack fill into all cracks

Hot Asphalt Sinking Garage Apron Replacement

Our team uses advanced tools and methods to cut out the sinking asphalt touching the garage and curb. Reinstall and compact the base w/ class 5 gravel. We then add new hot asphalt from our asphalt hot box. This ensures our asphalt doesn't cool at all on the way to the job, leading to a superior quality finish and longer lasting asphalt.
